Processing & Production

All Vices & Virtues products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 working days for your order to be processed, produced and dispatched before shipping begins. Production and dispatch timeframes may vary depending on the product.

Working Days & Public Holidays

Our estimated processing and delivery timeframes are based on working days. Weekends and public or bank holidays may not count as working days.

Orders can still be placed through our website at any time, including weekends and public holidays. However, production, dispatch and delivery services may operate on reduced schedules or pause during these periods. Processing will continue on the next applicable working day.

UK Delivery

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is estimated at 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and carrier.

International Delivery

International delivery is estimated at 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country, product and carrier.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the products in your order, delivery destination and applicable shipping method. Where free delivery applies, this will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Peak-Period Delays

During Christmas, New Year and other major holiday or peak periods, production and delivery may take longer than usual due to public holidays, increased order volumes, carrier schedules or customs processing.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Estimated processing and delivery timeframes are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We will always aim to communicate any significant known delays where possible.
